As you fall over, you think about the small possibilty that the rounds in the gun were lethal, and that you should have not even bothered with the guard to begin with.

The floor in front of you splits apart revealing that the floor has two hatches within it. The new hatches slide into the floor surrounding it and a silver table emerges from the floor. The hatches slide back into place. You are now locked to the chair and a new table has appeared in front of you. Then nothing happens.

As you help yourself up you see that the walls, floor, and ceiling are the same white as the door that you were so hesitant to go through. Its's evident that you are in the room where the Cupid takes place. There is a metallic silver chair in the center of the room. There is a door to the opposite of the chair. Its obvious you're meant to [[sit->Chair]]. After what felt like hours, which in reality was two minutes, a piece of paper prints itself out from a small slit within the the table. A flattened pencil slides out as well. This has to be the Cupid test. This is what you've been waiting for.

The hallway you walk down is designed with the same shiny white as you previously have see. The hallway has bright flourescent beams of light lining the crevices where the ceiling meets the top of the wall. The hallway is long...its very long, but to your surprise, at the end of the hallway lies a scarlet red door.
The door is spectacular, the black frame surrounding it amplifes the strength the red provides...it feels like it's attracting you towards it.

This is different than the beeps of doors locking, this sounds dangerous, important...maybe even threatening. You think to yourself about what this siren could mean and if you are in danger.

The room has boring grey walls with two long rectangular tables lying parallel to the left and right. There are 6 chairs lining the long sides of the tables. Every seat is empty and is uninviting. The chairs are a gunmetal grey just like the walls, ceiling, floor, and tables. Its a boring grey room. The only bit of interest is a black door lying in the exact median of the furthest wall. This door like the others is without a handle. There's a slight hum of the air conditioning system, but besides that there's nothing.

The restaurant has brown wooden tiling strategically placed on the walls to create a very expensive aesthetic. The floor is a grey tiling but further into the restaurant, around the tables and booths, it morphs into a dark brown carpet. There isn't a lot of light, it's overall very dark, this creates a romantic and initmate mood for the guests. There's a brown couch in the waiting area, it looks very comfortable.
The front host stand is a lighter shade of the brown tiling. There are two people standing behind it, a woman and a man.

The bottom shelf has a wide variety of chemicals. There is bleach, bug repellant, Oasis-499, and Oasis-15. There is an opened chemical furthest from you, this must be where the smell is coming from.

You die in that car. The blood stains the seats. $names puts you in the backseat. They drive off, far away from the police station.
Does this mean they killed your soulmate or was the accusation enough to kill you. Well, none of that matters now because as quick as everything starts, everything ends..

$names asks "Have we met that tall lady at the front before today because I feel like I've seen her before."
You [[answer "She was working here the last time we came in"]]You continue to talk about how the last time she wasn't greeting but instead was a server for a different table. This seems to make enough sense because $pro drop$s the topic. Shortly after Barry comes back to the table with two champagne, glasses, the champagne bottle, and a small glass with a dark brownish red liquid inside.
Barry sets the champagne in an ice-filled bucket at the center of your table. He puts the glasses respectively in front of the two of you. He also puts the small glass of unknown liquid in front of you.
Barry says "$names wanted to order your favorite drink, this is a triple shot of our finest Scotch"
The gesture warms your heart eventhough there's a slight chance that $names killed you true soulmate.

Suddenly a large commotion commences from the table behind $names. It's a couple of two men, they appear to be arguing about if either Phuturama or Thimpsons is the better TV show. The dark haired man argues for Phuturama and the bald man argues for Thimpsons. What a crazy thing to argue about.
$names turns around and confronts the two of them. The three of them get into a heated argument, becuase of all this $2pro champagne glass is unguarded.

You reach into your pocket in a dramatic fashion to pull out the letter from Hawthorne. Now that $names is dying you can confront them about the murder of your soulmate. A sense of revenge takes control of your body.
To your surprise it's not there...the letter is missing.

They walk around the $table to you and lean in dangerously close to your right ear.
They whisper "Well look who's finally wised up. Yes, I murdered that horrible of an excuse of a soulmate that was destined for you.I mean come on, a question about coffee to determine if you're //compattible//. What a joke, we had a good thing going you know..."
They lean back from your ear and raise their right arm brandishing the steak knife. The serrated edge shines from the lights above. The whispering turns into shouting "Well I guess thats over now! I mean what did you even put in my fucking drink?"
The yelling and display of the knife make the other guests around you scared. They run towards the exit of the restauraunt yelling about there being a crazy person with a knife.
Barry runs to your table, but is unable to do anything because of his physique. Instead he keeps his distance from the two of you. Ignoring the chaos that $names is making,

Like the blade from a guillotine their right arm plunges fast towards you. You can see that it's point of interest is your neck.
You quickly grab the flask out of your right pocket and grab it from the bottom.

However the upward motion had the point of the knife cuts deeply into the bottom of your chin and lower portion of your cheek. The blood taints the pristineness of the knife, and blood begins flooding from your face. Adrenaline rushes into your body, you are in a fight or flight response...You're going to fight.
You [[use your makeshift brass knuckles and punch them sqaure in the nose with a quick and powerful jab|jab]].

The knife they were holding flies out of their hand, but its not from your hit. No, it seems that they are throwing it at you as if they were a professional knife thrower.
The knife impales your right hand. You immediately drop the flask and stagger backwards.
You [[look at the knife|impaled]].The knife's handle is on the top of your hand, the rest of the knife is clean through and pokes out the inside of your hand. You continue stumbling backwards from the shock of being impaled. You use the table as support.

You [[continue to pull|Oof]].The blood spills from your hand and begins to pool underneath you. You are currently bleeding from your hand, cheek, chin, and thigh. It's a miracle that you are still standing. The knife is roughly halfway out of your hand.
$names is standing and has a murder in their eyes.
You [[still pull that knife out|getStabbed]].You keep pulling the knife out of your hand. It gets stuck on what you assume is a bone or tendon. You aggressively yank it out of our hand. The hole is thin yet massive. You can see the floor. You hold it up to get a better look, through the hole in your hand you faintly see $names. They are charging at you.
You [[ready the knife|die]]They collide into you and begin punching your face. You take the knife in your left hand and lacerate their stomach. One cut isn't good enough. You repeatedly slice through their body. The blood splatters out of them and stains your face. They stop punching you and their body becomes very limp.
You killed them. In a fancy restruant you just used a flask and steak knife to murder $names.
Barry helps you up. Its no use, you are already unconcious from the extreme loss of blood
